Applying & Leasing

Application approvals are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on screening results and document verification.
Yes, furnished apartment homes are available. Contact the leasing office for current availability and furnished housing options.
Yes, short-term lease options are available. Availability and pricing may vary, so it's best to contact the leasing office for current terms and rates.
Yes, corporate leases are available. Please contact the leasing team for specific requirements, availability, and lease terms.

Apartment Homes

Yes, residents are welcome to personalize and decorate their apartment homes. Any modifications should comply with community guidelines and lease requirements.

Apartment homes include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator as standard appliances. 

No, subletting is not permitted. Residents are required to fulfill the terms and conditions outlined in their lease agreement. 

Yes, all apartment homes include an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. 

Community Amenities

The pool and deck areas are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM for resident enjoyment. 

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, providing residents with convenient access to wellness and fitness amenities. 

Yes, the community offers controlled access entry to help provide an added level of security for residents and their guests. 

Yes, packages can be accepted and held for residents. Contact the leasing office for package handling procedures and pickup information. 

Transportation & Location

Yes, parking is available for residents. Contact the leasing office for current availability and parking details. 

Yes, EV charging stations are available for residents with electric vehicles. 

Yes, the community is located near public transportation options, providing convenient access to Matthews, Charlotte, and surrounding areas. 

The community is located within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools district. 

Rent, Utilities & Services

Rent can be paid through the online resident portal, Flex, cashier's check, or Walmart Pay. 

Yes, renters insurance is required to help protect personal belongings and provide liability coverage. 

No utilities are included in the monthly rent. Utility charges are billed separately. 

Water and sewer charges are billed through the resident portal and appear on your monthly ledger as a separate charge from rent. Electricity service through Duke Energy must be established in your name prior to move-in. 

Residents may choose from AT&T, Google Fiber, or Spectrum/Charter for internet and cable services. 

Pet Policy

Yes, the community is pet-friendly and welcomes residents and their pets. 

A one-time pet fee of $400 is due at move-in, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 for the first pet.  Please Reference the Fee Guide for all fees: https://savoyclt.com/floorplans/

Yes, pet policies include breed restrictions. Contact the leasing office for complete pet policy details. 

Maintenance & Resident Support

Yes, on-site maintenance staff are available to assist residents with service requests and maintenance needs. 

Residents can submit a maintenance request through the resident portal, through Elevated Living, or by contacting the leasing office directly. 

Standard maintenance requests are typically addressed within 36 hours or less by the maintenance team. 

No, residents are not required to be present for maintenance service to be completed. 

During office hours, contact the leasing office for assistance. After hours, residents are responsible for contacting a locksmith at their own expense unless the apartment keypad has malfunctioned or lost power, in which case maintenance will respond. 

Prior to move-in, each apartment undergoes a full turn process to ensure it is clean, functional, and ready for occupancy.
