Applying & Leasing

Yes! Savoy offers limited-time move-in specials and leasing incentives on select apartment homes. We also offer savings through our Preferred Employer Program for employees of select local businesses and organizations.

Because promotions and eligibility can change based on availability, we encourage you to contact our leasing team for the latest offers. We'll help you identify the best available pricing, incentives, and any preferred employer discounts you may qualify for based on your desired move-in date.

You can schedule an in-person or virtual tour directly through our website or by contacting our leasing office. 

Application approvals are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on screening results and document verification. Our leasing team will keep the process moving so you can feel confident about your next step. 

Yes! Short-term lease options are available. Lease terms, pricing, and availability can vary, so the leasing team can help you find the option that best fits your timeline. 

Yes! Furnished apartment homes are available at Savoy, making it easier to settle into a space that already feels move-in ready. Contact the leasing team for current availability and furnished housing options. 

Yes, corporate leases are available. Whether you’re coordinating housing for work, relocation, or an extended stay, the leasing team can walk you through current requirements, availability, and lease options 

Apartment Homes

Yes! We want your apartment to feel like home. Residents are welcome to decorate, as long as any updates follow community guidelines and the apartment is returned to its original condition before move-out when required. 

Every apartment home at Savoy comes equipped with a full suite of modern appliances, including stainless steel kitchen appliances, a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a full-size washer and dryer

No, subletting is not permitted. If your living situation changes during your lease term, please contact the leasing office so the team can help review your available options. 

Yes! Every apartment home at Savoy includes a full-size, in-unit washer and dryer, so you can enjoy the convenience of doing laundry from the comfort of your home. 

Most apartment homes include private balconies or patios. Availability varies by floor plan. 

Community Amenities

The pool and deck areas are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving residents plenty of time to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoor spaces. 

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, so residents can fit in a workout whenever it works best for their schedule. 

Yes, Savoy offers controlled access entry to help create a more comfortable community environment for residents and their guests. 

Yes, packages can be accepted and held for residents. Contact the leasing office for current package pickup procedures and delivery details. 

Yes! Savoy is a pet-friendly community featuring an on-site dog park where your furry friend can run and play. Residents also enjoy access to our convenient pet spa, making it easy to bathe and groom your pet after a day of fun. Whether you're heading out for playtime or cleaning up afterward, Savoy offers amenities designed with both you and your pets in mind. 

Transportation & Location

Yes, Savoy offers controlled-access garage parking for residents. Reserved parking options are also available for an additional monthly fee, subject to availability. Guest parking is available in designated areas. Contact our leasing team for current parking rates and availability. 

Yes! Savoy offers on-site electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for residents, making it convenient to keep your vehicle charged while at home. Contact our leasing team for information on charger locations, availability, and reserved parking options. 

Yes. Savoy is conveniently located near the LYNX Blue Line light rail, making it easy to commute throughout Uptown, South End, NoDa, and the University area. Residents also enjoy convenient access to CATS bus routes and major roadways including I-77 and I-277.

Rent, Utilities & Services

Yes, renters insurance is required. It helps protect your personal belongings and may provide liability coverage throughout your lease term. 

Utilities are not included in the base rent and will be charged separately. Residents are responsible for water/sewer and trash, which are billed through the property.

Residents are also responsible for establishing electricity service directly with Duke Energy prior to move-in.

Water and sewer charges are billed through the resident portal and appear on your monthly ledger as a separate charge from rent. Electricity service through Duke Energy must be established in your name prior to move-in. 

Residents may choose from AT&T, Google Fiber, or Spectrum/Charter for internet and cable services. 

Pet Policy

Yes! Savoy is pet-friendly, so your furry companions can feel right at home too. 

A one-time pet fee of $400 is due at move-in, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 for the first pet.  Please Reference the Fee Guide for all fees: https://savoyclt.com/floorplans/

Yes, pet policies include restrictions. Contact the leasing office for the full pet policy and current breed restriction details. 

Maintenance & Resident Support

Yes! Savoy has on-site maintenance support to help keep the community comfortable and running smoothly for residents. 

Submitting a service request is easy. Residents can place a work order through the resident portal, use Elevated Living, or contact the leasing office directly for assistance. 

Standard maintenance requests are typically addressed within 36 hours or less by the maintenance team. 

No, residents do not have to be present for maintenance service to be completed, making it easier to keep repairs moving without interrupting your day. 

During office hours, please call the leasing office and the team will be happy to assist. After hours, residents should contact a locksmith at their own expense unless the keypad has died or malfunctioned; maintenance will respond to keypad-related issues. 

Before move-in, each apartment goes through a full turn process to help ensure the home is clean, ready, and prepared for your arrival.
